Exercise 1. Orientation in space
(solution below)

Count how many left and right turns you need to make to go from the circle to the triangle
(follow the arrows)

Exercise 2. Use mental images to boost your memory

(you will need a paper and a pencil for this exercise)

Spend at least 2 mn memorizing the following 6 objects and where they are.

To boost your memory, close your eyes and picture the objects in your head.

Now make sure you don't see the objects on your screen anymore.

Count backward from 15
(just to make sure you are not holding on to these objects by repeating their names to yourself!)

When you are done, take a piece of paper and draw a table with 6 cells.

Write down the names of the objects you memorized, at their correct location.
